Meeting Logistics

Meeting Location: All meetings will be at the USGS Coastal and Marine Science Center on the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution's Quisset Campus in Woods Hole, MA EXCEPT for Tuesday May 1st. On Tuesday, the meeting will be at the NOAA Fisheries NMFS Laboratory in Woods Hole.

If you have questions about the meeting location or problems finding USGS buildings, contact the USGS lab at (508) 457-2215. If you have problems finding the NOAA Fisheires meeting location, contact the NOAA Fisheries Woods Hole Laboratory front desk at 508-495-2000.

  1. Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday (if necessary), we are meeting in the Gosnold Lab Building (bottom center of the WHOI campus map) with open parking in the parking lots to the north of the building. COFFEE and FOOD are available on campus in the Fenno House at the top of the hill.
  2. Tuesday, the meeting will be in the Albatross Conference Room on the second floor of the main NOAA Fisheries Woods Hole Laboratory building (not at the laboratory's Woods Hole Science Aquarium). If you are not a federal employee or contractor stationed at the lab, check in at the Lab's front desk for a visitor badge. If you are parking onsite, you will also need a parking pass. Parking spaces will be very limited at the NMFS lab, as there are multiple other meetings occurring on this day. Park only in spaces designated for our meeting. Attendees are encouraged to carpool if convenient. There is also metered parking on the street.

Remote Participation: We will be sharing the presentations over an Adobe Connect connection with audio over a teleconference line. The Adobe Connect link changes daily but the teleconference phone line remains the same.
