Nicole Calabrese (NC) has been working with Scup at NOAA since 2013, and has 8 years of prior experience. Prior to 2013, the age reader was Daphne Cassidy (DC, retired). Sectioned otoliths are viewed with reflected light.

In tests where agreement is below 90%, bias indicates either the P-value of a Bowker’s test or ‘n/s’ (test not significant at the α = 0.05 level).
