Center line in each level of a variable is the mean value, upper and lower lines are the upper and lower standard error (SE). Dots are actual values from each haul. Length of line at bottom of each level is a "rug plot" that represents the number of observations in each level. The wider the rug plot line, the more observations. Levels where the mean is a positive number (from the y-axis) are more highly associated with bycatch than levels that have a negative value.
