THESE
CHARTS SHOULD NOT BE USED FOR
NAVIGATIONAL PURPOSES OR TO ASSIST IN FISHING ACTIVITIES.
These
charts were created to illustrate the spatial distribution
of observed trips per statistical area per month. Each chart
shows the number of trips for a specific program, gear type,
and/or target species.
Each
chart was developed using observer reported data in the OBSCON
database. Data contained in OBSCON is a preliminary summary
and may be subject to change once the observer has been debriefed
and data are audited for accuracy.
All
charts were created by the Northeast Fisheries Observer Program
using the Mercator World projection and the WGS 1984 datum
on March 28, 2005. |
