For vendors wishing to become approved observer service providers
for the Northeast Sea Scallop Fishery, this document will describe the
application process, duties, and responsibilities.

of required observer equipment as of 02/04/08
The list of equipment that an observer is required to have to perform
their duties. Name brands have been identified for consistency, and compatibility,
some equivalent substitution may be permitted upon request.

This form is to be used by IFS observers if they need to request additional
