DIVERSTIY COUNCIL BEST PRACTICES AWARD
The Best Practices Award is a "grass-roots" based award which recognizes
a manager or management group that fosters a model working environment which
maximizes employee potential. The purpose of the award is to recognize those
managers who strive to create the model work environment, thus resulting in
a high level of commitment from employees.
